Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars, and that I had seen Kate Spade’s reviews across the internet before I ordered from them.

I ordered earrings 3 weeks ago and they sent me an EMPTY BOX.

They still have my money.

I was supposed to hear back from their second investigation (the first one was only supposed to take 3 days, then of course they did a second one) when they should have just refunded me straight away and then investigated the problem internally.

I had to buy an alternative gift and have no idea when I’ll get my money back. Reading the other reviews doesn’t fill me with confidence that it will be any time soon.

Will never ever shop with them again.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. They don't read/respond to emails and instead all they do is bombard you with marketing emails asking for reviews of something I never received!

I wouldn’t recommend wasting money on this company. They are expensive and their quality doesn’t meet its standards. I’ve purchased multiple phone cases only to have them falling apart within a week! I’ve purchased phone cases from aliexpress, Skinnydip and they’ve turned out to be MUCH better than kate spade’s, I’ve emailed them in regards to this and gave a voucher worth the money I spent on the cases, I’ll definitely not be purchasing anything from them. It’s all just for profit, they’re filthy scammers.

Appalling Customer Service
1. Poor customer service for a high-end brand.
2. Mislead customers with their marketing ploys. They get you to sign up but don’t make clear limitations.
3. An attitude of complacency. They don’t read requests carefully so give wrong information and don’t even admit to it.
4. Refusal to acknowledge an issue. They cut you off from the WhatsApp chat.

A brand is not just about the product but the whole service. They show disdain toward customers who raise an issue. In my case, they tried to remedy the situation by honouring the 10% discount but gave a voucher code that doesn’t work! It’s been over 1 week and I’ve still not heard back from them.

My encounter has put me off buying this brand. I will go else where. It seemed I was dealing with back street store rather than a high-end company. Rather shocking service.

I was very surprised and devastated when I ordered my Kate Spade hand bag and it never arrived. I had emailed and called several times and they have ignored me completely. I got no refund and no product. It's so unfortunate and if Kate Spade were here today she would disapprove of this.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Like others on here, spent over £300 - never received my order. Took it up with complaints and although I never requested a safe place, they said I did and therefore refuse to send out the order. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

My money was taken via PayPal and no goods received .despite sending emails of all the information from PayPal then nothing could be located . I have jd to start a dispute with PayPal .

I also returned a bag that I did not like and am still waiting on a refund .
Personally I wouldn’t trust them as a company . There customer care is somewhat useless and you are left feeling like you are at fault

Avoid. Do not use. They don't care about customers.
Very poor. My handbag hasn't arrived, DPD have confirmed it was lost (delivered to the wrong house) and Kate Spade won't refund/replace my item. Not sure where to escalate the complaint to. Very frustrated and quite upset to be honest.

Poor quality handbag & disgraceful customer ‘service’. The edging of one of my straps has come away - I have been using the bag for approximately 3 days per week for 8 months. As the 8 months is part of the last 2 years, so the rest of the time I wasn’t going anywhere, their customer services team ‘can’t help me’. I even asked for a recommendation for someone to repair it, but again, they can’t help me…..their words. Interesting to see others have similar experiences with quality of lack of.
First & last time I’ll shop at Kate Spade - advice to others, don’t waste your money here!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I am only allocating one star because no stars isn't an option. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They take your money but if there is any problem with your goods, they don't want to know. Faulty earrings, worn once now broken. I have been fighting since the start of December to have them replaced. They opened a case re this at the start of Feb. A case? A straightforward exchange was all that was requested. I have emailed, telephoned, tweeted direct messaged at their request. SILENCE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This is my second review
I am now writing my second review of this company.I have noticed a few good reviews .But I can only say I hope you do not have a fault which develops with your product .After 14 days when you have purchased your item they will not process a faulty item and give you your money back .Beware ! I was issued a warranty code only and was clearly unhappy with this but they give you no choice in the matter.Consumer rights are a joke.When I came to use my warranty code the jumper I ordered was £175 .I returned the jumper because the colour was not correct and was different to the photograph.I was offered only my debit card payment back which was £103 .The £72 warranty code they said I will not get back at all.So beware .I have sent emails and they keep refusing to issue me a refund or a a exchange code.So I will say to customers this is not right .I have worked 30 years in retail myself and cannot believe their policies.

I’m a very happy customer
I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews, as I read them after ordering my bag. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I may not have ordered it. After reading the reviews, I contacted customer services and spoke to a very helpful man who stated that I would be contacted by email within 2-3 working days, and would receive my bag within 5. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my purchase within 4 days of ordering it.

I'm not a fan of costume jewellery but...
I'm not a fan of costume jewellery but I couldn't resist ordering a necklace and a pair of earrings from Kate Spade UK over Christmas.

I waited a while to leave a review, to see how the jewellery held up. They still look brand new. I've had so many compliments on them and more importantly I absolutely love both items.

I'm looking forward to my next pieces.

Go elsewhere. Anywhere.
I purchased my wife some trainers from Kate Spade for Christmas. They were supposedly a size 7, on my wife trying them on they were enormous and almost as large as my size 9.5 trainers. After eventually agreeing a return of the odviously faulty product I am still awaiting my refund. Don't waste your time using the Kate Spade UK, you can find better offers elsewhere and their customer service is shockingly bad.
